To apply for the Chunin Exams your character must:
Have a minimum of a 15 point stat total
Have reached the "talent" level of their first element
Be at least 14 years old.

To apply for the Jounin Exams your character must:
Have previously participated in and passed the chunin exams
Have a minimum of a 23 point stat total
Have mastered their first element
Have reached novice level in their second element
Have reached the "advanced" rank of their path.
Be at least 17 years old.

You still have two weeks to get some missions and prompts in, don't panic. :'D
