**Current Civilian Creation Rules**

Howdy, Heartshriners!

After some discussion from the admins the rules for civilian creation have been updated. There will be a four characters max rule in effect. The new rules for unlocking characters are as follows:

First Shinobi -- Available upon joining
Second Shinobi -- Available upon first shinobi reaching the rank of chunin
First Civilian -- Available upon first shinobi reaching the rank of chunin
Second Civilian -- Available upon first shinobi reaching the rank of jounin

A grandfather rule will apply to existing members; if you have three civilians (which some of you will from the Ghosts of the Past Arc as well as from gifts from the group) this is fine; you do not have to give up one of your civilians, but moving forward, these will be the new rules for new members.
